Lifetime Buyback & Exchange Policy

At Raj Jewellerz by Narang Group, we believe in building lifelong relationships with our customers. To ensure your complete peace of mind, we offer a Lifetime Buyback and Exchange Policy on all genuine jewellery purchased from us, subject to the following terms and conditions.

1. Lifetime Exchange Policy

You can exchange your old jewellery purchased from Raj Jewellerz anytime in the future for new jewellery of your choice. The value of your old jewellery will be determined based on the prevailing gold rate and gemstone valuation on the day of exchange.

• 100% value of the net gold weight will be considered at the prevailing market rate.
• Gemstones and diamonds will be evaluated by our in-house experts and valued accordingly.
• Making charges and taxes from the original invoice will not be refunded or adjusted.

2. Lifetime Buyback Policy

We also offer a lifetime buyback option for customers wishing to sell back their jewellery purchased from us. The buyback value will be calculated as per the following:

• Gold value will be calculated based on the current day’s gold rate (for the purity mentioned on the invoice).
• Gemstones and diamonds will be evaluated and priced after inspection and quality verification.
• Making charges and taxes are not included in the buyback amount.

3. Conditions for Exchange / Buyback

• The jewellery must be accompanied by the original purchase invoice and authenticity certificate.
• The piece should be in its original condition without major damage or alteration.
• Jewellery will be inspected by our experts before final valuation.
• Buyback or exchange is available only for products purchased directly from Raj Jewellerz by Narang Group.

4. Exceptions

The Lifetime Buyback and Exchange Policy does not apply to:

• Customized or specially ordered jewellery.
• Jewellery altered or repaired by third parties.
• Silver articles, coins, or accessories.

5. Verification & Processing Time

After receiving the jewellery, our experts will verify its authenticity and condition. The valuation process typically takes 3–5 business days. The final value will then be communicated to you, and payment or exchange can be processed accordingly.

6. Policy Updates

Raj Jewellerz by Narang Group reserves the right to modify or update the terms of this policy without prior notice. Any revisions will be posted on our official website and will take effect immediately.
